This program is designed for anyone who is trying to BUILD MUSCLE and an ATHLETIC PHYSIQUE and is already FAIRLY FAMILIAR WITH TYPES OF EXERCISES and the use of EXERCISE/GYM EQUIPMENT.

This program provides a 3 BLOCK OF 4 WEEKS PROGRAM with specific set and movement combinations for strength and hypertrophy; including exercises, sets and reps and my MAIN MUSDCLE BUILDING STRATEGY. I also breakdown my preferred methods of SUPPLEMENTATION AND DIET in much more detail. Additionally, I share information on pre/intra workout supplements I use, advice on form development and lots more.
